Intro
At Amygdala, every experience is designed around one idea: that you already have everything you need. You just need the right conditions to access it.
Piano Retreats
What happens when a pianist steps away from everything?
Marco Arcieri spent 22 years running his own engineering studio. All that time, Chopin was waiting. When he finally left - moving to the countryside, returning to the piano - he discovered something unexpected: that nature doesn’t just restore you. Creativity that had been buried under decades of noise suddenly had room to breathe.
At Amygdala, Marco invites fellow pianists to experience exactly that. There are not masterclasses. Just pianists, a piano, and the kind of silence that makes you remember why you started playing in the first place.
For pianists who want to reconnect with their creativity - and with themselves.
Wellness & Being
Heike Hoerdemann spent over twenty years in hospitality - learning how to hold space for others, how to make people feel welcome. Then she went deeper.
Today she teaches Jin Shin Jyutsu and yoga - two practices rooted in the same belief: that the body carries its own wisdom, and that our work is simply to listen.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese art of self-healing, working with the body’s energy pathways to restore balance and flow. Combined with nearly twenty years of yoga teaching, Heike’s approach is quiet, precise and profoundly restorative.
More coming
